Death Stranding (PS4, PC version?)

Just watched a you tube video titling "2018 games that will blow you away"

Death Stranding caught my eye because from what i saw, the most realistic looking game ever created

Not 100% certain but Sony Interactive Entertainment could be publishing this as Kojima went to them after Konami ditched him. Unlikely it will be on PC if I’m right.

Further to my comment above, it IS being published by SCEI so there won't be a PC version. He's now a second party developer like Guerrilla Games and the game is using the same engine as Horizon Zero Dawn.
