Deathadder 3500dpi acting strange

I've had this mouse now for 2 weeks. and every now and then it doesnt respond to double clicks or any clicks for that matter. seems to be a lag as it will eventually work.

its pretty annoying however.

is anybody having the same problems or is it an RMA?
