Deathadder Chroma?

Hi guys,

I have been using my Deathadder for almost 4 years almost daily. It is starting to miss some clicks which is causing me a problem in league of legends. I am looking at the new chroma version because I love this mouse. Has anyone got any experience of it?

I use one. Not used the previous incarnation as my tried and trusted MS Sidewinder was still good.
Its much lighter than what I'm used to but it's very responsive and feels good.
Sorry it's not much help but what I will say is that I wish I had made the switch years ago.

I had my original DeathAdder for 8 years, after a lot of heavy use, it started having a right click issue the other week so I replaced it with the DeathAdder Chroma.

I'd highly recommend it

Different material, it has two rubber strips on the edges and a plastic top. At first I wasn't sure of the feel, but it is superior to the older model.

Not sure which version of the Deathadder I have, has a blue flashing light, rubber-ish top, glossy black side buttons.

Love it so much. Comfy mouse, very responsive. If it breaks then I'd probably want exactly the same model.

I've tried my girlfriends newer model and I don't like the new side grips and top feel. Just feels cheap to me now.

EDIT: This is the one I had, 3.5g version

A friend has offered me a mouse called a shogun ballista for £15. Should I go for that or just pay 60+ for this chroma jobby? Money isn't a big concern because I just got paid =)

Personally not heard of that mouse, why don't you ask to borrow the mouse so you can see if you like it first?

That's the one I had.

After a long gaming session, the new one feels much nicer than the old one. Just feels odd at first as the top is hard plastic instead of that strange soft rubber.
