Deathadder + Vista

Hey all,

I'm completing my upgrade tommorow - and will be upgrading to Vista 64Bit.

I've heard there are some problems with using the Razer Deathadder in Vista - are there any ways around this?

I dont have 64 bit vista, but it runs fine on 32bit just make sure you get the latest firmware/driver, and you should be set.

Just read that there were problems with the 64bit version and the way to fix it is to upgrade the firmware in XP and then you are able to use it in Vista 64bit

I have it working fine in Vista 64bit.

I think the only problem is the firmware updater won't work (although I don't use the software at all)

Latest deathadder firmware version is 1.27 released a few days ago which requires minimum driver version of 1.08 to be installed as well to work correctly.

I couldnt flash mine in Vista64, Had to flash it on other pc.

My Habu needed the firmware flashed on 32bit, but software is fine on 64bit.
