Hello , im looking at booking a hotel and they state they accept Switch... now i have a maestro and after reading on the internet it would seem maestro is just the new name for switch but hotels are still stating they accept Switch and no mention of maestro, but can i use my maestro still? im confused so any help would be much apriciated.

switch is definitely maestro, there will be no probs in you using this card. Just seems that the hotel in question has been lazy in updating their payment options

Absolutely fine, Maestro is just the new name for Switch with added functionality of getting your money abroad or something.

Better yet, just get a Visa credit card, accepted EVERYWHERE, and something classy about it to me.
