After 15 years together my fiancee and I are going to get married this December. We've got a honeymoon booked to Mexico in January, however we'd like a bit of a mini break to go on with our 2 year old daughter for a few days immediately after the wedding. We're going to have the week after off work (11-15th December) so we thought it would be nice to do something with it. Initial idea is to perhaps rent a house or cabin somewhere a little out of the way (although close enough to go for the odd meal in an evening). I'm open to other suggestions though 
Pretty stumped on what areas we should consider going, or what sites we should be using to look for places, so, as with most things I thought the collective minds of overclockers might be able to point us in the right direction
Our finances are going to be pushed a bit with the wedding so we don't really want to spend too much on this, maybe 500 top end should be enough?
