Decend AMD card for £50?

I do a tiny bit of gaming on my PC and i've made-do with the onboard nVidia 9300 chip for a few years now.

Thinking of just getting a cheap ~£50 card so it can handle Steam games a little better (and not overheat in the summer months!)

CPU is an e5200.

A quiet card would be appreciated.

have a look in the MM, just had a brief look and somone is selling a sapphire 7750 ultimate its a passively cooled card so is silent.

Second hand 5770/6770 or 7750. You might get lucky in seeing a 5850/6850 also.

I am not sure what a second hand 6870 goes for but i would imagine it should not be to much more than £50. It still games very nicely in my rig.

Go for a second hand GTX 460 but it will bottleneck by your CPU

Second hand 7750 or 5770/6770. They are the best balance of price/performance/power consumption. If all three were available at the same price, I would opt for the 7750 because it offers comparable performance to the x770s but has a bit lower power consumption.
