Decent 1920x1080 monitor?

looking for a decent monitor that supports 1920x1080. Could anyone recommend one for gaming/HD Movies. Not sure what i'm looking for as i've always had my system connected to TV. Any help would be appreciated!
 
I quite like the look of the the BenQ EW2430 it can be had for £175, it has a fantastic contrast ratio due to it's AMVA panel which will make watching movies look great and excellent connection options with 2 HDMI ports, 1 DVI-D, and 1 VGA, the only downside is there are better monitors available for gaming, as the EW2430 has a VA panel which has a slower response time than IPS and TN monitors.
