Decent 360 games?

Hi all,

My flatmate's girlfriend has left her xbox 360 at our flat for a week or so, I was wondering if there were any decent (single player) games that would be worth hiring for a couple of days to bash through?

Condemned is good for a week or so, you could complete it in that time.

Kameo should be good for single player also as far as I know although I haven't played it yet.

All worth a play if you've got it for a week.

Cheers for the quick replies. Not so keen on playing FPSs on control pads, but Condemed and Kameo both look pretty cool.

I am playing x-men just now, it aint too bad, like a good old fasioned button bashing arcade game

defo a renter though, will be trading in once i am finished.

Tomb raider handles like crud in the demo. Is this any better for the final version?

Handles in what way? Lara herself?

Never had any issues myself with the main game

The controls on the demo are incredibly imprecise. Would you mind trying the demo and comparing it for me?

Edit: Aiming for the ropes in the demo was crap (seemed liek there were far to few degrees of movement, about 10 different directions for each quarter of the stick), maybe I'm spoilt by decent controls liek prince of persia.

Found the TR demo controls fine myself, there are slight issues with the camera viewing angles but nothing major.

Ill download it later if i remember and try, but playing the main game i never noticed any inaccuracy when jumping to the ropes and stuff, seemed fine to me. But ill try and comapare

I actually found the controls alright, definitely not as good as PoP, but certainly not bad. They didn't stop me completing the game, so they couldn't have been too bad.

Poor controls just wind me up. I was expecting better from the game, it didn't really hinder the completion of the demo.

Aye I agree Condemned is very very good and would be a great choice.

If you've only got a few days and want to finish something you could do a lot worse than Kong, I know I know, but some of the chapters when you play as Kong are absolutely awesome.

Come on someone, back me up here
