Decent ad-blocker for IE7?

Grrr, don't you guys read - for IE7 :rolleyes:

I know a lot of you reommend Firefox, but call me weird, I just don't like it

So, is there anything suitable for IE7?

Now, back on topic - suggestions please? The only one I have found thus far is ad muncher... http://www.admuncher.com/ , but I really want a decent free solution that comes recommended.
