More for people living around dartford but can anyone recommend a decent builder around the area? Looking to purchase a property around the area and need some quotes for work requiring and obviously very keen to avoid the dodgy builders.

Have a snifter at the FMB website most dodgy builders won't bother registering, also ask for references however you won't need these to price

Extensions £1,200 - 1,400 sq m depending on spec and if it includes bathrooms kitchens etc
