Decent camera - cheap?

Hey bascially im thinking of getting a camera to record my life in my RAF training, i have a k800i phone which i could use to take photos, but its a 3.2megapix camera,good for a phone,but im sure i would be able to get much better on an actual camera.

Im not wating something that can have 1000000x lense etc just some really really cheap around £50-60?(if possible?) and small but with greater than 3.2mp

Something like a Fuji A400, Nikon L4 or a Canon A430 could be had for £70 or so quid at certain supermarket 'homeware' shops...

All 4MP i think...
