Decent capture card for streaming?

Doesn't work on PS4 at the mo but will do when they patch it in via Firmware (no ETA currenty). Dunno about XO.

I believe you can use the Elgato with the PS4 now but needs a little work around, I think you can use Fraps to capture the footage from the preview screen on the PC (in full screen mode)..
