Chucking a pc together for my dad with my old core 2 duo components. I need a low level card which allows for smooth Internet usage and some video playback etc. 50 smackers or less should cover it. Could you guys advise please?

I also need a cheap case

honestly for what he is going to use it for you can pick up any of the ati 6450 series cards for under that and it will do the job nice.

As far as cases that just comes down to personal taste really.
