Decent cheap host for forums?

Hey guys, I'm wanting to find a decent and cheap host that can host a website/forum with about 30 - 100 users. It will pretty much be a portal homepage and forums.

I've been looking at a few but it's giving me an headache.

So far I've looked at godaddy but they only allow 50 concurrent users?

TSOHost seems a good deal, but will 500MB data and 5GB bandwidth be enough?

I've also looked at WebhostingUK pretty much same deal as TSO but dearer.

I'm wanting to spend no more than £30-40p/annual.

Any recommendations?

vidahost for me only ever used them but tsohost gets plenty of good reviews. can't go wrong with vidahost

Vidahost and TSOhost will be your only recommendations on here.

I've used both, currently with only Vidahost, for no particular reason other than I had more sites with Vidahost than TSOhost, so it was easier to transfer them across.
