Decent, cheap, waterproof point and shoot

Hi All

As topic, we're after a cheap (Sub £100) digital camera. Ideally with video function, but not essential. Needs to be waterproof and durable - I'd say 10m waterproof will be more than enough to cope with what we'd use it for.

Absolutely key, and non negotiable, is the fact is must take pictures quickly. I can't have a camera that takes 10 seconds to turn on and has a delay between being able to take shots.

I don't mind if it isn't a mainstream brand if it is proven - IE personal recommendation !

Key thing is, I need this before we go on holiday on Wednesday next week....
 
The only thing I know of in that range is the Olympus tough, not sure it's 10m waterproof though. Even then it'd be a used 10mp model from the auction site.

Otherwise things like the AW1 are way out of your price range.

Might want to take a look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FT30

Fuji Finepix X90

Nikon Coolpix W100

Camera Price Buster has the cheapest price for the Panasonic at £104, the Fuji can be had for £134 at Jessops and they also sell the Nikon for £129.

I know they're all slightly over your budget, but that's the cost of waterproofing.
