Decent CPU cooler?

I have a budget of £600 to pend on a brand new PC, currently spent £578.40 which includes a Intel i5-2500k and I would like to overclock it to about 4.0ghz or more if possible but i will need a cooler as i doubt the standard one will be able to cool it enough. Which do you recomend for £20?

If you need the rest of the PC specs just ask.

Thanks the Gelid Tranquillo looks good but so does the Cooler Master, I will read some reviews on them first.
