Guys...going to put in an order this morning for some stuff and would like to also get a pair of earphones mainly for gaming...and maybe a bit off music too. Dont really want to spend a fortune maye £20-30. Can you recommend the best set for the money....Also, I dontv really want big massive clumpy things.....and should I be looking to buy a set of 5.1s instead of just a stereo set (never used surround headphones before)

Thanks

I wouldn't bother with the surround sound headsets TBH, I've owned two of the better ones (Medusa and Zalman) and wasn't impressed with either the sound quality or the surround sound. Do you need a mic btw? If not then you want to be looking at regular music headphones. Koss Porta Pro are a great option for around the price you're looking at, so are Sennheiser PX100.

If you need a headset (ie with mic) then maybe Sennheiser PC130.

the Sennheiser headhones with the mics...does the mike rotate out of the road so thats its not sitting in front of you face all the time if you are not using it. The PC 130's look like a good set but not in stck here at the moment...the others I was looking at was the Icemat Sibereas...with the detachable mic. It will be one of the two.

Thanks
