I also have the Costco "Whalen" racks and would recommend them. Easily best quality I could find without spending 3-4x more!

A little filddly to put together but cheap (£43 for two 90cm racks) and incredibly sturdy!!

It is. I didn't buy it from Costco though - Was £100 cheaper at Argos at the time.

Base is a treated timber frame suspended on met posts. In hindsight should have just gone concrete.
