Decent(ish) machine for £650

Can someone spec me a decentish machine for around £650? Need it to have a decent processor, ideally an amd64, along with 1 gig of ram and a graphics card capable of handlin current games on medium settings, dont need a monitor or keyboard an mouse.

This ought to be suitable, I think I have included everything you need. The graphics card is good and beats a 7800gt at stock plus it may well overclock better, if you don't need that sort of power then I'd drop down to a X850XT and buy 2gb of Ram instead.
