Decent Lightroom Classic Presets

I bought some VSCO ones years ago but it seems as if they've pulled all support for Lightroom in favour of their awful mobile app (goes to show the money is with all the Instagram nonsense I guess).

Can anyone recommend a provider of some good value presets for general use? I'm not really sure where to look.

I also got some from here along with the plugins for free, but not sure if they are still offering it other than on a trial basis: https://nikcollection.dxo.com/

Can't recommend anything paid for as I've not bought any.

Those aren't plugins it has just installed a load of individual tools as standalone applications

They act as plugins for me. You access directly from LR, edit in whichever and it adds the edited image as a new copy in LR returning you to the LR screen.
Full workflow isn't in LR but still consider it a plugin.

Thought you could get preset filters as well but perhaps not anymore.

I don't get why VSCO just discontinued all of theirs? Why not still sell them, the ones I still have from years ago are brilliant.

I use them as plugins for LR and DxO, works very well but I suppose some people may want more plugins than are available in Nik.
