I’m looking for a graphics card and always went with ASUS, however the first time I come up with an issue with a 3 week old card they become dismissive and say it’s normal for a card to make a grinding, when I said I disagreed the rep basically said oh well and put a smiley face.

Anyway won’t be touching anything by them again, has anyone has decent customer service from another brand, I’ve always used ASUS as I thought they’d be good if an issue happened, thankfully the reseller is refunding.

Sorry for my rant, I just want a brand that would help if something ever goes wrong, looking at a 3070 ti.

If you're in the UK Gigabyte has UK support so they're generally very quick. Haven't had any issues when I had to RMA.

Have had problems with Asus before when my 3090 died as they couldn’t fix the card and after a month I had to get a refund. I have just RMA my 4090 gigabyte card so will let you know how that goes! :)

That would be great thank you. I was really disappointed with them, I’ve seen some decent gigabyte cards in my budget. Hope the RMA goes better than mine did, I think I’m to nice sometimes.
