Gigabyte GA-K8NMF9 for discrete gfx.
MSI K8NGM2 series or Biostar Tforce 6100 with integrated gfx.
Most mATX have limited BIOS especially available voltages - e.g. the Abit nF-95 has an extremely limited BIOS but actually overclocks pretty well with something like Clockgen.
