Im looking to get a decent wireless card as im moving into a flat which wont allow me to rip up the carpet to lay cables.

Im limited for my choice as my operating system is Windows XP 64bit.

Ive had a look at the Kcorp range and the Netgear range but im not sure of their compatibility.

What does anyone else recommend?

It doesnt have to be compatible with 64bit, just looking to see what is a good wireless NIC. Im using a DG834GT Router with this.

The DG834GT is a 108mbps router so if you want to get up to those speeds you will need a 108mps card with an atheros chipset. Obvious choice is the netgear 108mpbs range. Check theres site for 64 bit drivers and also look for atheros 64 bit "super G" drivers on google. Linksys also use the atheros 108mpbs in SOME of there products.

All 108mpbs are not Atheros chips so be careful if you really want the higher speeds over 54mbps.

(edimax do cheaper super g cards for pci and laptops, Xp 64 bit drivers on their web tw site)
