Decent Pen?

Hello all,

This will probably sound like a sad question but im after a decent pen

Fed up of relying and being let down by cr@ppie Bics.

Pen will not be used to write huge ammounts - stuff like notes/signing.

Im clueless on this subject so what are the better makes to look out for? Also how exactly does a foutain and biro differ?

Have a £50 budget
