No as of yet. It's not really san nav that is provided, just an interactive map. I managed to use it pretty well as a passenger, giving driving instructions to my dad though.
The latest developer build of iPhone OS 2.1 apparently includes some code for delivering turn-by-turn instructions. Also, there have been rumours of Tom Tom developing an app. Wait and see I think.
I'd imagine that this is something Apple may work on themselves as well (perhaps licencing maps from a 3rd party or working in conjunction with a current satnav manufacturer)
whats the point in having gps if you cant have turn by turn? ( ok there are valid uses, but turn bby turn is what people think about when the say GPS )
That daft EULA and it's rules is backfiring on them and I can see it hampering future development if this continues. Right now there are only a handful of decent stuff on the appstore, most of it is garbage.
