Hey all,

I've just managed to get my hands on a Dell 2407 monitor - this doesn't have a speaker built in like my current one does and so I thought I'd take this oppotunity and get some decent speakers.
I took a look at the Dell Soundbar - but I didn't like the look of it.

Preferably a good pair of 2.1 speakers.

I don't know hardly anything when it comes to sound and speakers etc. So I'd love it if you'd help me out :)

Thanks,
Marky

they are the best for the £100 mark, for £50ish the 2.0 t20's are amazing as are the t40's, but with the t40's you are looking at £70 which is quite expensive and not that much of an improvement over the t20's.

Definitely the Accoustic Energy. They genuinely deserve a 5* rating. AE are more of a home cinema/hi-fi speaker manufacturer, so these are in a different league to computer speakers. Best speakers I've owned - they really made my Creative G500's sound muddy and boring.
