Decent spec for video

Hi,

Revisiting spec for a new build, which I'm hoping to get soon. Will be using Premiere Pro, so must have Nvidia gddr5 card, but not high end. Also need lots of ram and decent overclocking potential:

I2500k. £162
Gigabyte z68Ap-d3 £80
Ocuk gtx550ti Oc £100
Kingston hyperx genesis 12800 16gb £66
Gelid tranquilo cpu cooler £26
Fractal Design Define r3 white £90
BeQuiet 530w L8 psu £60

Total £584

Most unsuure about mobo-what am I missing going for the chapest z68?
Also not sure about the ocuk branded 550ti -is this any good. Image shows an msi, but unsure which one...not a cyclone, by the looks of it,

Best for video editing would be an i7 2600k or 2700k

When you say Video are you on about video encoding ??? If so an I7 would be a better CPU choice..

An i7 would be nice, but it tips the scales a bit too far!

What about the motherboard choice? Is it ok.

Video editing. The gpu takes over much of the load in premiere, si is a good compromise against an i7 (although both would be nice)
