Decent Surround Sound Setup

Morning All,
I'm due to leave for work shortly,so I will keep this brief.Quick question for you experts out there What Surround Sound setup would you recommend,both for my PC with X-IF Extreme Music installed and Xbox 360 including HD-DVD add-on?
I currently have Altec Lansing Model 251 5.1 which I had for about three years and did me well.

Any Recommendations will be much appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback guys.However,I have no intension of spending £1000 on Surround Sound setup,but am willing to give up £200 of my hard earned cash.

What will £200 get me

Quite a few feedbacks.
I doubt £200 will get me anything but a bog standard sound system.Guess I will wait and save up.
