Decent webcam?

Can anyone reccomend me a decent webcam, I've been using the eyetoy which was one of the best cams a few years ago, but now it's getting outdated.

Logitch 9000 Pro but they are not cheap, highstreet shops sell for around £60/70

Or you could look at the creative AF range much cheaper on the web but also selling for £60/70 on highstreet.

You wont get better then the above.
