Decent XP Themes

is there a way to have my desktop icons ,like vista? i got a vista theme and its amazing, just wondering if theres one for for buttons and icons like vista.

Curious - any way to have one icon, which if i click or hover it shows some more icons?

I want that vista bar but not all my desktop icons there - so i want maybe a few on the desktop and one that links to them all..this possible?
