Decided on a 360...

made a usual fast decision today in the way of getting an Xbox360, so nipping down to my local woolworths tomorrow to pick up a Premium pack (got one reserved)

Not sure on what games to get for it though....

Any suggestions... I have got GRAW on PC, but according to gamespot it is very different (cant see why/how)

Anyways, who else has one, and what are some good games, advice etc.

There's a million and one threads about this, but, short answers are:

BF2/GRAW (there's a 50/50 split)

I reckon GRAW is more fun on the Xbox 360. The graphics on the PC version look so washed out and drab whereas the 360's are more colourful. Another difference is that the PC version has bigger maps but is a more tactical affair. You can do a lot of your control on the overhead aerial map. The 360 version allows you only to control all three of your squaddies together rather than individual. Enemies are highlighted by big red boxes making it easier to aim rather than the little pink diamonds on the PC. I think the 360 version is easier to play therefore. e.g. I managed to do the US embassy bit at the Angel place first time whereas on the PC I've had about 20 goes and still cannot complete it.

All of the above are better on the Xbox360 than the PC.

if you like football and are in need of a fix until pes is out id recommend FIFA WC06 imo gameplay is better than RTWC and the challenges well some are very challenging but if you want it for graphics then RTWC is the way to go

I still like PGR3. As far as I know, it's only on the 360 too so no need to worry about having it on PC too.

Also DOA4 is a good laugh if you often have mates round

nah i think the gameplay on WC is better than RTWC, each to their own
