Decided on a Lian-Li PC V1000 PLUS & Asus A8N32-SLI

Hi,
After a long hard think :eek:

i have decided to get the above case,my only concern is i have an Asus A8N32-SLI motherboard and this has the large copper heatpipe fitted.Will this make any difference to the cooling of this heatpipe if the board is fitted into the V1000 case? ie inverted.

The problem is this board is 32X - 16 + 16 is has 2 chips not one like most SLI boards which are 16x 8 + 8 & only have 1 chip.

Plus the heatpipe keeps the board nice & cool,think i'll look for another case.

I'm going to give the V1000 a miss,what do you guys think of the Antec P180 SPCR,i like the look of the case but have heard problems with panel's warping & bad build quality.My other choise would be the Akasa Mirage but they wont be here till mid June.

Forgot to say i already have the Asus A8N32 it's in my Eclipse case at the moment.

Hi Yewen,had a read through that last night and the power supply i have OCZ Powerstream is fine & reaches ok.So it looks like this will be the case for me as soon as it's back in stock
