Deciding between to msi p67 boards

Trying to figure out what justifies the price hike between these two?

Got the cheaper one on order at the moment, but can change it when the finance clears....

The GD65 has sli/crossfire, more pcb layers for stability, oc genie button, better type of capacitors, more ports etc.

The GD53 is loaded with similar stuff too and worth as good look.

Got the cheaper one on order but will change it to the gd65 when the finance clears up, want this to be my last upgrade for a year or so

I was thinking the same thing about the MSI P67A-G45 and the others but think ill go for the it anyway as dont really want to spend more then 100 quid.
