deciding on a new mobo

Undecided on what to go for I have 2 7970 will get another in the future and have an i7 3930k chip. Looking at either the asrock 11 extreme or the asus rampage iv extreme extended atx

LOoking to overclock to about 4.4-4.6 I have an antec 1900 case so have the room. What type of board should I go for here guys need advice lol.
 
I will never buy another asrock motherboard due to them hardly ever updating the drivers for them on there website..

The difference between the way drivers are kept updated on both my asus & asrock p67 motherboards is unreal (I.E the asus driver update support is great)
