Deciding which CPU?

Hi

I'm in the process of buying a new rig but quite confused as to which CPU to choose. I've read all the threads on Skylake vs Haswell-E and tbh I'd probably go for the Haswell only as it would be better for video/audio encoding.

My only concern is whether to hold off for Broadwell-E which is in Q1 next year (I think)?
