Deciphering old writing.

I'm researching my family tree and struggling reading ye olde hand writing could anyone help decipher it please?.

Only need one done for now but there may be more. On this one I'm looking for the cause of death, I'm interested as he was only 18 when he died.

Think I've worked out the top word is consumption which was a common thing in the 1800's, googled this-

Consumption.* A wasting away of the body; formerly applied especially to** pulmonary tuberculosis.* The disorder is now known to be an infectious* disease caused by the bacterial species Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Synonyms:* marasmus (in the mid?nineteenth century), phthisis.

Still not got a clue what the rest of it says.
