Wow, didn't realize you could get LED backlighting on a laptop. I'd say if you want a really deep black depth then it may be worth it. LED backlighting means the backlight is an array of LEDs rather than a uniform CCFL, so the backlight can be varied across the screen based on the contents of the screen, so for instance the black borders above and below a 2.35:1 movie (presuming the laptop has a 16:10 screen), the LEDs would be disabled behind the black bars meaning the black would be very deep.
That's the main advantage. The extra brightness is worth having too. I also think I read LED backlighting gives you a better colour gamut coverage, in other words better colour accuracy than CCFL. Whether it's worth £130 - only you can decide that. For the same money you could probably get a much better GPU (if it's for games), or more ram and a bigger drive etc.
