I've searched google for how to work out the week etc on this chip and how much of a clocker it is, but nothing :(

The codes from the chip are -

A1000AMT3B
AXIA 0110RPCW
Yxxxxxxxx

I know its very old, but im intrigued as I always heard the axia's were good clockers. Whilst its worth nothing now I was thinking of making it into a server box :)

Cheers for any help!

Looks like a 1ghz Thunderbird with the AXIA stepping, probably do 1500mhz.

They are 10x 100mhz btw

I rememeber when the axia's were amazing :) I'm guessing it pumps out a lot of heat though! Just a case of getting an old mobo for it I guess and some SDRAM :(

As above amazing clockers but they run very hot

I can't remember the stepping of my 1GHz TBird (it was a very early one) but I had it at 1.2GHz, stock volts (hit a brick wall at this point but could have been down to the dodgy KT100 chipset in my early ABit board) and it would idle at 60+ with a Thermalright heatsink, fast 80mm fan on the heatsink and two fast 80mm case fans
