Decorative items in the case

ive seen a lot of pictures of people putting things in their cases as decoration. Lego figures seems to be a popular one.

Could this cause any issues by doing this?

Possible ridicule is the only obvious issue.

it wasnt something i was planning on doing just curious as i'd seen it a lot on instagram etc.
