DECT phone question

We have 2 Sagem DECT phones in the house, one down stairs with the DECT transmitter (plugged into the BT socket) and one upstairs with just a charger stand for the phone.
I want another phone to go into another room so can I but any DECT phone with just a charging stand or do I have to get the same make and model?

I would have thought same make and model
