Dedicated line in the USA

Opening an office in Philadelphia so I need to get a 10MB line ordered, does anyone have any advice/experience with companies out there? Maybe ones to go with/stay away from or any pitfalls in the difference of services/technologies that I may not be aware of.

I'm going to say Cogent (Cogentco) because that's what all our customers who have stateside services use. We never have issues with peering to them from the UK, which we have done with Verizon and Sprint.
