Dedicated server renting advice/help

I'm after some advice on renting a dedicated server (on behalf of a friend)

What he wants is something that'll host SWAT4: the stetchkov syndicate (i.e. not demanding in terms of performance) but the server must be UK and LOW ping, above all other considerations.

Players will typically be in the low single figures number, max 10 players.

Budget can be up to around £25 per month.

Can anyone recommend anywhere that they've had good experiences with, or if anyone has their own dedicated server that could run this at that price point?

I had a L4D/2 server up to 8 players from lrc networks. I think it cost about 7 pounds a month. http://www.lrc-gaming.co.uk/game-servers/
I was very happy with it. I'm not sure they do SWAT4, but it says to contact them if there's a game not listed....

No need for a dedicated server, all you need is a game server.

Used them for a KF server in the past and a Trackmania 2 server. Good service and support if needed.

Their servers are in France but I never had a problem with pings/Latency. Infact, was better than some UK GSP's.
