Hey guys,
Havent had a console since the original fat ps3 on launch and i stopped playing that after a few weeks so its a fair while ago. I am considering getting a ps4 or xbone for the living room and though i am primarily a pc gamer i would like to play some games against family members that are split between ps4 and xbone.
So for me as a pc gamer its gonna come down to latency, if i were to play an fps game on a console (shudder) then i at least want a decent connection. Is it true that on ps all games use p2p even fps games? that sounds horrendous? How is it? Is xbox the same? I was under the impression xbox had dedicated due to gold but with sony charging online now too i wondered what the deal was.
Do fps games on either service get dedicated servers?
