Dedicated Web Design Forum?

best is a matter of experience. this one is very good, certainly got me off the ground when I started out. Other than here, a couple of good ones are dreamincode and sitepoint

what do you need it for? not so you can ask us one question, we do a little work, then you go to the other saying you have just done this (our) work get them to do a little more and then say you just done this can you help again?

tbh this is a great place, you only need a forum to help as a last solution imo as otherwise you wont learn and there is some great people here to help with every part of web design and provide quick answers, sometimes in minutes, so why not stick here?

in short this is the only site that does what you want in the whole net, if you get a problem stick it here and we will advise you as much as possible.
