recently bought this awesome laptop, just love it.
but when it came nearly 2 weeks ago, I tried booting it up for the first time, but to avail, so I left it on charge for an hour while I went out, thinking the battery might be flat, but nope.
phoned Dell tech support, guy told me to unplug AC adapter, remove battery and hold down power button for 10 seconds, reinsert battery and press the on button, well it worked and booted up straight away. (laptops blisteringly fast, compared to my old one, and without an SSD drive)
but now, every time I shut down the laptop, if left alone for a few hours or overnight, the laptop wont boot up unless I do the procedure mentioned above over again.
I've posted on the Dell forums and have had plenty of questions asked me and no answers. I've updated the BIOS yesterday, the most recent was released on the 13.3.13 I believe, but that's not worked either.
can anyone help?
