Won't make a lot of difference on Ivybridge and Haswell chips as the heat can't be transferred fast enough, seems to be little difference between air and AIO water coolers when overclocked. I like my H110 because it makes the inside look tidier than a huge CPU heatsink but temps can still hit 70's.
