Deepcool V6000

It takes up just a tad under 3 slots without the fans but will occupy 4 once you some 25mm fans onto it. If you have a peripheral device in the slot below it will be pretty close to the fan's intake.

Xbitlabs did a review that shows the clearance to a soundcard in the slot below.
