Default Microsoft icons

This is a bit of a trivial question, but where can I find the default 16x16 icons (e.g. open, save, delete etc.) used in most Microsoft programs, such as Office and Visual Studio? I've seen them used in several other programs I've used, but I can't work out where they are

Hmm, most of the bitmaps have pink backgrounds... do you know of any program that can process images in batches?

Edit: Nevermind, C# solves all problems, as usual
Edit 2: Apart from 16-bit and 32-bit bitmaps apparently

Aha, didn't realise the pngformat folder has all the same icons as the 32bitfolder folder... has a different number of files from ther other folders.
