Default pass for DD-WRT v23 SP2

Just flashed to this firmware (generic mini version) and have a prob with the user/pass

DD-WRT say Username = "root", password = "admin" but it don't work :confused:

Tried various combinations with no luck.

Any suggestions?

The default password is "admin", you also have to specify "root" as the user, any chance you missed it or caps lock was on ? Don't forget to reset to factory defaults after flashing new version of firmware.

I get this problem sometimes when I upgrade the firmware. As you've found out a hard reset usually cures it.
